At Thermoware, we believe in continuous innovation. That’s why we have developed the application of our patented Dry Moulding Technology (DMT) for Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) in technical applications.

By using DMT, we achieve:

  • Indirect heating and cooling
  • No contact between steam and cooling water and material results in no waste water pollution.

This allows us to produce smaller, thinner, and more complex-shaped parts at lower production costs, with higher part quality, and with less impact on the environment.

Examples of applications are technical parts for automotive (e.g. sunvisors, seat components, distance plates, shock absorbers), sports and leisure (e.g. shoe soles), and HVAC.
